    c. Certain items, such as discount voucher or top up coupon, are not eligible for return or refund.
    d. The purchased item(s) has not been received by you;
    e. The purchased item(s) was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
    f. The purchased item(s) received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);
    g. Merchant has delivered the purchased item(s) that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to you;
    h. The purchased item(s) delivered to you is materially different from the description provided by Consumer in the listing of the Item;
    i. The purchased item(s) received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered);
    j. The purchased item(s) received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended);

    b. Pack the item(s) securely and include the original purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
    c. Ship the item(s) back to us using a reliable shipping method with tracking.
